LeAnne: I looked around and couldn't find the recipe for my Tomato Balsamic Vinaigrette on the web site. Here it is. 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons dijon mustard 1 tablespoon honey (sometimes I just use sugar) 1/4 cup cheap balsamic vinegar 1 6 oz can tomato juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper In a chopper or blender, combine all ingredients and blend. If you're not concerned about fat-free, substitute half of the tomato juice with salad oil or olive oil or a combination. Substitute all the tomato juice with oll and you'll have a balsamic vinaigrette (no tomato). Other things to add, as it suits your taste: dash or two worcestershire sauce, teaspoon or two grated parmesan, as much as a teaspoon ground dry mustard, more ground pepper, dash or two soy sauce, tablespoon or two non-fat yogurt, sour cream, or mayonaise (makes it a little creamy).
